INTELLIPLANT CORE and INTELLIAIR are the two new standard solutions born from Clivet experience in managing hydronic and air systems. 

INTELLIPLANT CORE

INTELLIPLANT CORE is the standard solution that can be easily and immediately applied to most centralized hydronic systems. Its simplicity stems from:  

• a single size for all types of systems;
• compatibility with 2-pipe and 4-pipe applications for all Clivet air-source units with onboard pumps;
• availability of a technical bulletin including system descriptions;
• standardization for commissioning operations.

INTELLIPLANT CORE is also scalable to manage more complex systems, such as controlling water-condensed units and managing source circuits. These circuits can be controlled by installing an expansion module, enabling INTELLIPLANT CORE to offer all the functionalities of the full INTELLIPLANT version.

INTELLIAIR

INTELLIAIR is the standard solution for the supervision and centralized management of air units (Rooftop, Zephir). Its key strengths include:  

• a single size for all types of systems;
• native management of all Clivet air units;
• annual scheduling and air quality management (ideal for cinemas and shopping centers);
• standardization for commissioning operations.

Compliance with EPBD IV

INTELLIPLANT CORE and INTELLIAIR comply with the new European EPBD IV standard, which mandates the adoption of BACS (Building Automation and Control Systems) for building control and automation.
